Notion

Bring your existing Notion workspace into Outline. Connect your Notion account, choose the pages to import, and Outline will convert them into documents, including nested pages, images, and attachments, while preserving your structure.

Setup

Navigate to Settings → Import, choose Notion, and authorize Outline to access the pages you want to bring across. The import runs in the background and you can safely leave the page, you will be notified when it completes.

Top-level pages become collections and their child pages are nested beneath them as documents, so your team can find everything where they expect it.

Note: You must have an admin role to import content into a workspace.
