Matomo

Connect a Matomo instance and Outline will load the Matomo tracker on every page, so you can measure views and engagement across your knowledge base while retaining full ownership of the data on your own servers.

Setup

In your Outline installation navigate to Settings → Integrations → Matomo. Enter the Instance URL of your Matomo installation and the Site ID you created for Outline, then save. Tracking begins immediately for all users of the workspace.

Note: The Matomo integration is available on self-hosted and enterprise installations of Outline, and requires an admin role to configure.
